Hi, my name is Stephanie Hoag and I am a personal trainer that is dedicated to helping women transform their lives through fitness. My passion is to help women hit their goals and build healthy and sustainable habits. Whether it be losing pregnancy weight, obtaining personal goals, or just staying in shape, I have you covered.
My journey began just over 12 years ago. As a child, I struggled with my weight. This struggle continued into my 20’s. After my 1st child, I knew it was time for a change. That is when I found my passion and love for fitness. I am proud to say that I am a mother of 3 that has managed to maintain my confidence and my goal weight through fitness and nutrition programs. This is what drives me to help others achieve the same success that I have felt.
Over the years, I have gained many certifications. These certifications include Barre, Online Coaching, Sports Nutrition and Health Coaching through Nutrition. I have also recently achieved an Elite Personal Trainer certification level. Through these certifications, I have become extremely successful in helping women change their lives for the better by using a mix of fitness and nutrition.

I'm Elizabeth Rondon, gluteal specialist. And from a very young age I was passionate about sports, practicing swimming since I was a child. Once I grew up, to acquire strength and power I began to train weights, falling in love with the results I obtained in a short time, improving my strength and muscle size and enhancing my physical qualities like I never thought I could improve. I was so passionate about this sport that I decided that I was going to dedicate part of my life to promoting self-care. I believe that there is no greater example of self-love than taking care of ourselves and guaranteeing a healthier future. That is why I have prepared myself as a personal trainer, specialist in gluteal training and sports nutrition certified by the ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association). I have been training for more than 12 years, I have tried many methods of both training and nutrition in my process, so I can accompany you not only with knowledge but also with my experience
